Requirements of the client to enable the delivery of CE & CE Plus services
To respond in a timely and accurate manner to:
- requests for information
- implement advice (which may include the replacement of devices, updating/purchase of operating systems, firmware and applications, and the implementation of policies and procedures). Note: Forensic Control cannot make configuration changes on your devices – these must be implemented by you/your IT supplier
- to ensure staff necessary for the timely progress of the certifications are available and to inform us in good time if they are likely to be unavailable.
To allow for:
- vulnerability testing against the internet facing side of your servers/firewalls
- vulnerability scans of a representative sample set of user devices (e.g., their computers and mobile phones/tablets) via the temporary installation of a scanning application
- remote screen access to a sample set of end user devices (computers & mobile phones/tablets) to allow us to complete the observational tests
Time limits for achieving Cyber Essentials & Cyber Essentials Plus
*Cyber Essentials must be achieved within 6 months from receiving the Cyber Essentials question set.
*Cyber Essentials Plus, if purchased, must be achieved within 3 months of certifying to Cyber Essentials.
Failure to keep to either of the above will result in you needing to retake Cyber Essentials again before proceeding, and you repaying the appropriate costs.
Commencement date
On acceptance of this quote and payment of the invoice/setting up of the payment plan.
